Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. SnapItOff paid plans renew monthly and you can return to the Free plan at any time from your account settings. Paid plans stay active until the end of your current billing period.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your SnapItOff plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately when upgrading, or at the start of your next billing cycle when downgrading.

Do I need a credit card to use the Free plan?

No. The Free plan does not require a credit card and includes access to SnapItOff's core features.

How do alerts work?

Plus and Premium plans allow you to receive alerts for events, leagues, matches, and activity at your favorite locations. Premium users also receive instant SMS alerts for the same and for new messages from other users.

What happens if I downgrade my plan?

If you downgrade your plan, your current subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. Your new plan will begin when the current ends.

How many alert zones can I create?

Plus includes one customizable alert zone. Premium includes up to three zones so you can track activity across multiple areas.
