Welcome to SnapItOff.com!  By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms").  If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Disclaimer

SnapItOff.com ("we", "us", "our") provides its website and services "as is" without any warranties or representations, either express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information available on the website.  We make no guarantees that our website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall SnapItOff.com be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from your use of the website or services.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us.  Please review our Privacy Policy (available on a separate page) to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.  By using our services, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Account Registration and Use

To access certain features of SnapItOff.com, including the ability to purchase services, you must create an account.  By registering for an account, you agree to :

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the sign-up process.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Refrain from submitting false, misleading, duplicate, or spam listings.  Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of posting repetitive or promotional content, or engaging in any form of automated or deceptive submission, is strictly forbidden.  SnapItOff.com reserves the right to remove such content, suspend accounts involved in these activities, and take any additional action deemed necessary to maintain the integrity of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated any of these Terms.

4. Paid Plans, Subscriptions, and Alerts

SnapItOff.com may offer paid subscription plans, including but not limited to Plus and Premium plans, which provide access to additional features such as email alerts, SMS text message alerts, alert zones, or other paid account features described on our website.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless you change, cancel, or otherwise manage your subscription through the billing tools made available on SnapItOff.com.  By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize SnapItOff.com and its third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and any other charges disclosed at the time of purchase.

You may change or cancel your subscription through your billing settings.  Changes to your plan may take effect immediately or at the end of your current billing period, depending on the type of change, the plan selected, and the billing rules displayed at the time of the change.  Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by SnapItOff.com.

Paid features may depend on your account status, payment status, account settings, verified contact information, and the availability of third-party service providers.  SnapItOff.com does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered, delivered instantly, or delivered without interruption.  Alerts may be delayed, limited, filtered, blocked, or unavailable due to technical issues, carrier restrictions, third-party provider issues, user settings, account status, abuse prevention measures, or other factors outside our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any paid feature or alert feature at any time, subject to applicable law.  If we materially change the features included in a paid plan, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the website, your account, or the contact information associated with your account.

5. SMS Text Message Alerts

Premium plan users may have the option to receive SMS text message alerts from SnapItOff.com, including alerts related to events, leagues, matches, messages, favorites, alert zones, account verification, or other account-related features.  SMS alerts are only sent to a phone number that you provide and verify through your account.

By enabling SMS alerts, verifying your phone number, or otherwise opting in to receive text messages from SnapItOff.com, you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from or on behalf of SnapItOff.com at the verified phone number associated with your account.  Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to create a free account or to use features that do not depend on SMS alerts.

Message frequency will vary based on your account settings, alert zones, favorites, activity on the website, and other features you enable.  Message and data rates may apply.  Your wireless carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a SnapItOff.com text message, by disabling SMS alert options in your notification settings, by removing your phone number from your profile settings, or by contacting us.  After you opt out, we may send a final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.  You may reply HELP for help or contact us through the support options available on the website.

If you change, transfer, deactivate, or no longer control the phone number associated with your account, you are responsible for updating or removing that phone number from your SnapItOff.com account.  SnapItOff.com is not responsible for messages sent to a phone number that you failed to update or remove.

SnapItOff.com may suspend or disable SMS alerts for your account if we believe the feature is being abused, if your account is no longer eligible for SMS alerts, if your subscription changes or is canceled, if your phone number is not verified, if messages fail repeatedly, or if required by law, carrier rules, or our messaging service providers.

6. User-Submitted Content

Users may submit listings, images, photos, videos, text, or other materials (collectively, “User Content”) related to locations, events, leagues, user profiles, or other features available on SnapItOff.com.  By submitting User Content, you acknowledge and agree that :

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your submissions, including any images or media you upload.
  • You represent and warrant that you own the User Content you submit or have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to submit, use, and share that User Content through SnapItOff.com, and that your submission does not infringe or violate any third party’s copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights.
  • You retain any ownership rights you may have in your User Content.  By submitting User Content, you grant SnapItOff.com a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, resize, crop, reformat, modify, adapt, display, distribute, and otherwise use the User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, moderate, improve, and promote SnapItOff.com and its services.
  • SnapItOff.com may review, select, reorder, resize, reformat, modify, remove, reject, or refuse to display User Content, including images, when reasonably necessary to operate or moderate the website or enforce these Terms.
  • Removal of User Content from public display does not necessarily require SnapItOff.com to delete records relating to that content.  We may retain records reasonably necessary for security, fraud and abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement of these Terms, or protection of the rights of SnapItOff.com, its users, or third parties.
  • SnapItOff.com does not verify, endorse, or guarantee User Content and makes no representations regarding its reliability, quality, or accuracy.
  • All User Content, including images and media, is provided “as is,” and SnapItOff.com shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from its display or use.
  • If you believe that any User Content violates these Terms, infringes your rights, or compromises your privacy, you may report it using the reporting features available within the website or by contacting us.

7. Copyright and DMCA Notices

SnapItOff.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.  We may remove or disable access to content that we believe infringes another party’s copyright or other intellectual property rights.

If you believe that material available through SnapItOff.com infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to enforce, you may submit a notification of claimed infringement to our designated copyright agent.  Your notice should identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, identify the material claimed to be infringing and provide information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, provide your contact information, and include the statements and signature required by applicable law.

SnapItOff.com may provide information regarding a copyright complaint to the user who submitted the affected material and may process any valid counter-notification submitted in accordance with applicable law.

SnapItOff.com maintains a policy providing for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights.  Information for submitting copyright notices, including the contact information for our designated copyright agent, is available through our Copyright Policy.

8. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the website and services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Stark County, Ohio and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

9. Agreement

By using SnapItOff.com, creating an account, and/or purchasing services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, as well as any future amendments or modifications.  We may update these Terms from time to time, and any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.  Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Termination

SnapItOff.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business interests of SnapItOff.com.
